The Safety Harbor Marina is owned and managed by the City of Safety Harbor. The Safety Harbot Boat Club (SHBC) has no control over the administration of the boat slips.

If you wish to learn more about leasing a boat slip, please contact the Leisure Services Department. Be advised that due to the small size of the Marina, turnover is somewhat rare. Also, the Grandfather clause** was removed from the lease agreement, so purchasing a boat in a slip does not guarantee access to any boat slip.

**Grandfather clause = If a boat in a currently leased (rented) boat slip is sold, the lease agreement for the slip is automatically transferred to the new owner. In other words, the boat is "grandfathered" into the slip.
